A Message From Julie Frugo

Head of Premier Charter School

Welcome to our Premier Charter School website. St. Louis' PCS is an exceptional academic setting deeply rooted in character education. When we opened our doors in 2000, we were here to provide another choice for families who live in the city of St. Louis. Fourteen years later we have become the "premier" choice for over 900 students and their families. Our school community is simply an extended family. Anyone who walks in can sense the authentic friendly, creative, and caring environment that has been built inside our doors. We support and challenge each other, which makes the hard work of growing critical thinkers possible. We practice partnership with families and community members, because we know how impactful that can be for student outcomes and experiences. We encourage innovation because we know each student  learns differently, and as such a diverse population we celebrate our differences. Year after year I grow more excited about the mark we are making on the education system and could not be prouder of our students and our team! So look around the site and learn more about who we are. As this is the first phase of our new website be sure to check back frequently to keep up with the amazing things we are doing to challenge and empower our young scholars!

                    Warmly,

                        Julie Frugo
