Leadership Programs
Growing Student Leaders
At PCS, leadership starts early. Students are encouraged to use their voices, support others, take initiative, and contribute to the school community in meaningful ways.
Leadership opportunities happen throughout the school experience through academics, athletics, clubs, service opportunities, and student involvement across campus.
Teeny 10 & Tight 20
PCS offers two formal student leadership programs for upper elementary and middle school students.
Teeny 10
Teeny 10 is a leadership group for 5th grade students focused on responsibility, service, and school involvement.
Tight 20
Tight 20 is a leadership group for 7th and 8th grade students who serve as role models and leaders within the PCS community.
Students in both programs complete an application and interview process, submit ideas, receive teacher recommendations, and are expected to maintain strong academics and positive behavior.
Members volunteer at school events, help plan fundraisers and community-building activities, and support the school throughout the year.
Student Voice Matters
At PCS, we want students to feel heard, valued, and empowered to make a positive impact on their community. Leadership opportunities help students build confidence, communication skills, responsibility, and independence while learning how to collaborate and lead with character.
Through both formal leadership programs and everyday experiences, students grow into curious and empowered learners prepared to lead both at PCS and beyond.
