At Premier Charter School, we believe who students become matters just as much as what they learn. For more than 25 years, our school community has been built on strong relationships, shared values, and a culture where students feel known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Character education is not something separate from the school day — it is part of who we are. Alongside strong academics, we intentionally help students build leadership skills, confidence, empathy, and a sense of responsibility to others.

A Culture Built on Community

Community has always been at the heart of PCS. From family events and service projects to athletics, student leadership opportunities, and school traditions, we work to create a place where students and families feel connected and involved.

Across all grade levels, our staff creates supportive classroom communities where students feel seen, heard, encouraged, and challenged to grow.

At PCS, students are encouraged to ask questions, support one another, and grow into curious and empowered learners both inside and outside the classroom.

A Tradition of Character

PCS was the first charter school in St. Louis recognized as both a Missouri and National School of Character. That recognition reflects the caring, student-centered culture our staff, students, and families work together to build each day.

While our campus and programs have grown over the years, our commitment to character, community, and whole-child education has remained the same.
